A must for any party or celebration, first of all, Filipino-style Macaroni Salad.

It is loaded with crushed pineapple, chicken, ham, and cheese, it’s creamy, delicious, and a sure crowd favorite.

Similar to spaghetti, It is one of the dishes we adapted from the west and gave our own Pinoy twist bursting with tropical flavors, it’s the perfect fit for our tastes.

Also, Filipinos love coconut meat, coconut juice, any dish that consists of coconut because of that we have different desserts made from it!

Buko Pandan consists of young coconut strips, pandan jelly and nata de coco, this is one of the reasons why you would go to a Filipino birthday party.

Besides Buko Pandan we also have Pinoy version of fruit salad – a crowd favorite. Finally! Fruit Salad is a quick and easy dessert perfect for the warm weather. The mixture is chilled inside the fridge overnight before serving, to get the best result. Seems like Filipino really knows their desserts!

Moreover, everyone should be able to make informed choices—that is, to know exactly how much sugar they consume, including in fast food meals, drinks, and desserts, and what it means for their health.
